1. Operator

Amoa Japan Co., Ltd. ("we") handles the personal information obtained on the MEGUMI HARUNA website ("this site") as described below. The person responsible for handling personal information is Megumi Haruna, Representative Director.

2. Information we collect

When you submit the contact form or the order-guide registration form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. When you place an order, we collect your name, address, telephone number, email address, and order details. Credit card information is entered on the screen of our payment processor (Square), and we do not hold it.

3. Purposes of use

• Responding to inquiries and sending order guides
• Confirming orders, shipping products, and handling payments and refunds
• Consultation on made-to-order pieces and communication about delivery timing
• Notices of exhibitions and special announcements (not sent if you have chosen not to receive them)
• Understanding how this site is used, and improving it

4. Disclosure to third parties and outsourcing

Messages sent through the contact form reach us through an email delivery provider (Resend, Inc.). To process orders, we provide information to the extent necessary to our payment processor (Square, Inc. and its affiliates) and to shipping carriers, or entrust it to them. Except where required by law, we do not provide information to any other third party without your consent.

5. Use of external services

This site uses Cloudflare (delivery of the site, and prevention of automated submissions when forms are sent (Turnstile)), Google Fonts (display of type), and YouTube (video playback). These providers may collect access information (IP address, browsing environment, and the like). To understand how this site is used and to improve it, we use "Google Analytics 4" by Google LLC. Using cookies, it collects information such as the pages viewed and the browsing environment, in a form that does not identify individuals. Measurement begins only if you give your consent. You can choose in the notice at the bottom of the page, and change your choice at any time (if you delete the data saved in your browser, you will be asked again). 6. Retention and security

We manage personal information appropriately to prevent unauthorized access, loss, and leakage. Documents related to orders, transactions, and accounting are kept for seven years after the transaction is completed, and records of inquiries for three years after the response is completed. Addresses for exhibition notices and special announcements are kept until you ask us to stop. Payment information is retained by Square, Inc. and others in accordance with their own policies.

7. Requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion

If you request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of the personal information we hold, we will respond in accordance with the law after verifying your identity. Please contact us at the point below.
